I have been humbly learning how to make herbal salves, tinctures, and infused oils for about 7 years now.
Medicine making is a relationship with Mother Earth and all of her children.
The plants speak to me, and I honor them.
This medicine is made with intention, care, lots and lots of prayer, and gratitude.
May the medicine flow with ease into connection with those who it is meant for, who are seeking it.
Three Sisters All-Purpose Salve
Plantain, comfrey, and yarrow combine in a super squad of medicinal sisters to aid in the healing of cuts, bruises, bug bites and itches, and more.
Wild Lettuce tincture
A natural pain killer, this tincture is a huge help for menstrual cramps, headaches, and pain in general.
Balm of Gilead
This gorgeously unique oil was used to anoint kings. Made from the resinous buds of the cottonwood tree, this oil carries a luxurious aroma and rich energy.
Good for sealing up the cracks in your auric field. Clearing and protective.

This fall I offered a 3 month Herbal Apprenticeship.
We explored the ethics of mindful harvesting, plant commune-ication, making our own medicine, and practiced listening to the voices of the plant Spirits for guidance. We also enjoyed singing and making offerings to the plants. My students were fantastic and learned so much!

A workshop about cottonwood trees and the medicine they have to share with us. We will gather cottonwood buds and learn how to make them into
the Balm of Gilead, an ancient magical healing anointing oil.

Horsetail is one of the most ancient plants on the planet! We can learn so much from connecting with this ancient ancestor spirit.
Some of the many medicinal benefits include:

We will go on a guided meditative journey back in time to the days of dinosaurs, 🦕 when horsetail grew as tall as the trees. 🌳😍
We will also have time to discover Horsetail in her natural habitat, and harvest for craft and medicinal use.
