Virtual Mini-immersion

In this three day mini-immersion we will come together for deep relaxation and restorative practices on the first day. We will create a soft space to unwind and process our lives. The second day will be for integration. We will have space and learn practices to integrate whatever is big in our lives right now. And the last day is to celebrate! To find greater appreciation for our lives and get excited to live them to our highest potential!
